I was in the process of changing my engagement ring into an anniversary band at another jewelers when I stopped in Rena’s to have a bracelet fixed . It was an older setting and had to be hand made . They were so upfront with what could and couldn’t be done that I decided to get a second opinion on the anniversary band since I felt uneasy that I was being overcharged for what I was creating . Was charged twice for jeweler's mistake $35 1st time second time $40 on a men's bracelet to be sized. Basically I paid almost double for their initial mistake. Please be cautious when it comes to sizing jewelry with this establishment.
I came to Rena’s recently to have a chain fixed for my son. We were treated as though we were buying a very expensive piece of jewelry. Rena, her husband Sam, and associates are lovely! So warm, knowledgeable and eager to help. While waiting we started looking around the jewelry cases. Everything was beautiful!
