Our local jewelry store closed. I had only some small repairs and some other places didn't seem interested. I drove around with the watches in my car and I was close to Rena's. The reviews were great so I tried them, but they were on vacation. Determined, I stopped again today. There is a reason for the great reviews. I finally stopped by Rena’s after years of driving past as I finally wanted to complete a setting for my yellow diamond that I’ve been trying to bring to life for 3 WHOLE YEARS. As soon as I walked in Ray & his son made me feel so welcome! Rena’s Jewelry, is a reliable & very professional store. I walked in and immediately was greeted. I purchased a watch band, that needed to be replaced. The owner Ray, realized it didn’t wear well. He immediately said, select another band. No charge. Talk about backing what he sells!! That was exceptionally nice & really not expected. Next time I’m shopping for jewelry…, my first choice is Rena’a, of East Hanover! Thanks!! Ken, Montville

Very professional and personalized attention received from the entire staff at Rena's several times recently. Beautiful selection of jewelry. For both purchases and repairs the experience was warm, filled with attention to detail and knowledge. Never felt pressured or rushed. Highly recommend.
