I have been a customer of Rena's Jewelry for years! I can not say enough about them. It is a family owned business which I love and they are so accommodating and trustworthy . They had made me a ring for my son from a picture that he had drawn and it was exceptional !! I get all my jewelry from them and wouldn't go anywhere else I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.!
I visited this location hoping to get assistance with a bracelet, including possible appraisal or at least diamond testing. Unfortunately, the service I received was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. The staff member I spoke with showed little interest in helping and declined to appraise the item. When I asked if the diamonds could at least be tested, I was told the bracelet was “fake” without any testing being done or shown to me.
