I've had three different opportunities to need the services of Dr. Renard,and each was amazing! in 2022 I thought I had bruised my heel and after x-rays found a whopper of a heel spur. Dr Renard treated the heel spur and on follow-up, molded my feet for orthotics, and fixed me right up! Recommendation for Dr. John Renard Dr. Renard is without a doubt been the best podiatrist I have ever seen. He is an absolutely amazing doctor and surgeon. He’s very compassionate, understanding and truly takes time to listen to all of your concerns. It is evident within the first minute of talking with him that he truly cares about his patients. Very costly visits that didn’t help my foot problem. Outdated xray machine that produces unreadable images. Went somewhere else to fix my problem.
Office staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Had to go to their facebook page to get their attention to get back to me. tried to bully me into a decision he made for a rehab facility when this was not discussed previously. Treated me with disrespect when I said no to this and tried to bully me by saying he would not do the surgery if I didn't do post-op his way. Would not listen to anything I Had to say. I had to fire him and find a new doctor who would assist me in all ways
Dr. Renard is amazing when it comes to foot ulcers! My original surgeon blew me off but Dr. Renard was willing to accept me as a patient and has been nothing short of wonderful!
