Good doctors but horrible scheduling. I waited 4 weeks for a follow up on some health issues only to be called 3 days prior to my appointment and told the soonest I can be seen is 5 weeks from now. Thanks for accepting my referral / business then pushing me and my health issues to the side.
My mother goes here to see her Renal Dr. The people here are very nice, even when the patient is rude and not wanting to be there. They explain everything you may be going through to you and more. They advise you of possible outcomes and side effects that may happen. They help to make choices for your future and give the options and possible outcomes for each option. They are great here. I would highly recommend to those that may be in need of there assistance.
Dr. Jimenez goes above and beyond and is the sweetest, down to earth person. He takes great care to be sure no stone is left unturned. Dr. Jimenez receives an A+ from myself and our family. His office staff are also most helpful, very friendly and take great care with detail. Wait time is also never that long. An A+ team.
