Love Dr. Perez-Ledema. He's never in a hurry. Sometimes he's running behind. Because he gives every patient all the time they need. I have been his patient for 4 years now. I have met him on the street and he treats me like an old friend. Bedside manner, he get 100 stars!
I am currently sitting in the waiting area as a new patient, and my first impression has been very disappointing. The front-desk staff have been inattentive and unprofessional. As soon as I approached the desk, they suddenly acted busy, even though I had observed them using their phones and gossiping. Is this how new patients are normally treated? SHM if i can leave a review with no start I would.
Dr. Reyes answered my multitude of questions without a bother, and once the Q&A session was complete she guided me through what to expect next. I am totally impressed with this young lady.

All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Henao is a well-versed Nephrologist who seems always to be caring, interested in what you have to say, and in a good mood.
