Everyone there is always nice. You get seen at your appointment time, don’t usually have to wait. Julia Jones does a fantastic job explaining lab results and how to improve kidney function. Love this place.
Place says they're open at 730. Tried to pick up my dads labs at 730. Lady comes strolling in 5 minutes to 8 with no cares. Finally the day of the appointment arrives. Got here 15 minutes early. Got in the room 10 minutes early. Its now 30 minutes past the appointment time and the doc just showed up. What a joke.
Dr.Brown is an awesome person and I think he genuinely cares for his/her patients. I
