Wow where do I begin. Well Im a Native Tarpon Springs to Elfers very long line of ancestry here back to the Cherokee Indians. Ok My Husband who I love more then myself has been a Patient of Dr D"Kuna sorry doc cant remember spelling. Excellent physician. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable. I truly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr. D'Cunha.
No one there ever answers the phone. I am unable to get prescription refills or make appointments. Pharmacy can’t get ahold of them either. So if you need life saving meds or care, go find another kidney specialist
I am writing this review because Dr Da'Cunha saved my life a 2 yrs ago and I have been seeing him ever since and have not had any more issues under his care and direction I am doing well. He also has a pleasant bedside manner being very knowledgeable a caring about you as his patient. He take the time to explain things so you have a excellent outcome. If in need of a kidney care he is the doctor your gonna want.
Staff apparently refuses an appointment unless you have a referral even though your insurance doesnt require one. They're rude and don't like answering the phone. It will literally ring 1x and be hung up on. I am not even interested in being your patient if this is how you treat people!
