No one there ever answers the phone. I am unable to get prescription refills or make appointments. Pharmacy can’t get ahold of them either. So if you need life saving meds or care, go find another kidney specialist
I am writing this review because Dr Da'Cunha saved my life a 2 yrs ago and I have been seeing him ever since and have not had any more issues under his care and direction I am doing well. He also has a pleasant bedside manner being very knowledgeable a caring about you as his patient. He take the time to explain things so you have a excellent outcome. If in need of a kidney care he is the doctor your gonna want.
Staff apparently refuses an appointment unless you have a referral even though your insurance doesnt require one. They're rude and don't like answering the phone. It will literally ring 1x and be hung up on. I am not even interested in being your patient if this is how you treat people!
Worst experience ever. Staff and D’Cunha rude and disrespectful. Asked questions about grandmothers kidney disease and he proceeded to say “I don’t know I’m not that kind of doctor” he also prescribed medicine that conflicts with her others just proving the point he never looked at her chart. Don’t come here
Have been treating with this Renal doc for several years for hypocalcium and hypoparathyroid and their detrimental affect on the bones. For many years, I kept asking my PCP and my Cardio Docs: Just WHY are my Calcium and Salt Levels so low. Noone, literally, could give me an answer that fit At our initial Meet & Greet, Only D'Cunha gave me the answer to my questions. Am so pleased and glad he came into my life.
