Worst experience ever. Staff and D’Cunha rude and disrespectful. Asked questions about grandmothers kidney disease and he proceeded to say “I don’t know I’m not that kind of doctor” he also prescribed medicine that conflicts with her others just proving the point he never looked at her chart. Don’t come here
Have been treating with this Renal doc for several years for hypocalcium and hypoparathyroid and their detrimental affect on the bones. For many years, I kept asking my PCP and my Cardio Docs: Just WHY are my Calcium and Salt Levels so low. Noone, literally, could give me an answer that fit At our initial Meet & Greet, Only D'Cunha gave me the answer to my questions. Am so pleased and glad he came into my life. I've been seeing Dr. D'Cunha for a few years now. He is a wonderful Dr, however, his front office is severely lacking in professionalism, patient management, and general continuity in the patient experience. Upon my first visit, I had proactively dropped off at the location my physical medical records. The Dr could not locate my records as they 'misplaced' them.
