been in their service for quite sometime. a lot of their good and diligent personnel are gone. do not know if the personnel are overworked, non-professional or just do not know how to work in a service outfit. they are testy, snobbish and very confrontational. as of today, there are only three or more personnel that really know how to work and be part of the clinical section. thanks.
