Dr. Alvarez and his nurse have been absolutely wonderful throughout the time that I have been an active patient. I was treated through 2023 and 2024 and given indications to schedule appointments as needed. Today I called due to some issues with a Kidney stone this past weekend and the front desk person was lacked empathy and was completely rude. I had to ask to speak to a different person. My husband and was treated very poorly my husband was sent to Dr.Alvarez first visit he talk to him few minutes and he was released from Acure kidney failure 6 months later he was back for infection on his liver since then still nothing only talk and send him home my husband is very ill.screen your doctors for Bias behaviors believe me it will save you a lot a headache and time.
Doctors Alvarez and Simon and fantastic! Truly care about their patients and provide solid optimistic treatment.
