I have been completely ghosted by this clinic was not able to get in contact with anyone via a phone or several emails for follow-up appointments after My procedure I ended up giving up Trying to get in contact with them I even tried phoning the hospital to see if they could assist. I was only able to get in with the nurse for one follow-up appointment and I was crying and unhappy about my results And then never heard anything back to any of my calls messages or emails since then
Great work in removing my melanoma but 7 weeks on I am still waiting for my $2000 rebate. That is a huge amount of money to be out of pocket. I have waited for hours and hours on hold but cannot seem to get anyone to submit and process my claims.

Staff and service are amazing everyone is soo lovely :)
I chose to go with Dr. Ingram for my liposculpture procedure after he came highly recommended by another surgeon I had consulted. I was told his expertise far exceeded other surgeons I was considering. His price was also almost 150% higher than other sugeons in queensland which made me feel like I was "getting a higher quailtiy service".
