My wife sees Dr. McMillan and she is wonderful! However, their phone system is terrible and my wife is never able to actually get someone on the phone. Even worse, you leave a message as they tell you to and no one ever returns your call, so there is really no point to leaving a message unless you like wasting your time. I am not sure why it's acceptable for any dr. office to not ever return a patient's phone call, particularly if it's a time sensitive health issue. My OB is Doc. McMillin, I transferred to this location and doctor not knowing what to expect with this first pregnancy. I can gladly say she was absolutely amazing! She actually cares about her patients and has the best intentions for them. Dr. Drummond as well, who ended up delivering my baby. They’re both very fast and direct with the point and the delivery of my baby was swift and easy definitely recommend both women to any other woman or expecting mother! I’ve been trying to schedule a new patient appoint for about a week now. I called during their open hours, no one answered. When I was in a waiting queue, I was cold dropped. I was also cold transferred by whoever does the “after hours” phone op service but this was well before the office was closed. Guess they don’t want new patients.
