BAD BUSINESS! I worked for renaissance windows and doors. I was hired by Tina and Craig, the owner. I have almost a decade of glass experience and I was hired as a “helper”. I had to leave this job due to extremely under experienced “lead” workers that I was put to help. I was treated very disrespectfully and unprofessional by Nick which was half the reason I left, the other half was after seeing the work he did on a customers home!
