The experience at the Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City was surprisingly poor for a property carrying the Renaissance brand. After the first night, my room key simply stopped working, requiring an unnecessary trip back to the front desk to resolve what should have been a basic operational detail. I travel a ton for work I carry a Titanium status with marriot. Overall my stay was average. The staff was always great, the snack selection was great. The exterior of the property was fantastic. The room is where they lost me. No desk to work, TV did not have Netflix, and the bed was horrible. So bad that I will have to go see my chiropractor when I get home. And the noise levels terrible.
