Place looks nice but there are so many issues. I have never had so many issues with an apartment before. When we moved in, the place was "renovated" with wall sockets popping off left and right, the dishwater wasn't even screwed in so every time you opened it, the dishwater would come out of the cabinet. The hoses for hot and cold water were switched so that the washing machine always pumped out scalding hot water and the first few times we washed clothes, all the colors ran and damaged clothing.
