Good at the start of the project working with us and our contractor. Unfortunately we had a problem with our stone we bought through Renaissance shortly after installation and the owner took over 4 months to inspect after numerous emails to look at the stone island. The outcome was not pleasant and unexpected. The owner showed no remorse or ownership to the issue and our contractor had to find some resolution for us. Totally disappointed.
