We lived here a little over a year and we cannot recommend it. While we lived in the Phase I building, some maintenance issues were noticeable, such as broken elevators that were inactive for over a month, stolen packages, pet poop on hallways in pubic areas... The worst was to come, however. The move-out process was chaotic, and we are the ones paying for it—due to incorrect charges, our names are now with debt collectors! Just see Chelsea. She has been resilient, patient, and kind during our process of getting approved. Our tour was so comfortable and friendly. She went above and beyond to get us into the unit we fell in love with when visiting and home searching. She’s also just a fun human being and if there’s somebody that can make you feel welcome to a community, it’s her.
Stacie and her team are very nice and responsive.
The staff are amazing. There are some negative reviews but this was before a turnover. The new management and maintenance team are striving to correct the issues from the past and it shows. There are some issues that come with all apartment life and people not respecting common areas, mainly leaving trash in or around provided trash cans but the maintenance team are on top of it and sadly have to clean up after people daily and it is usually done by mid day. I moved into the luxury “older” side this July; and I have a very conflicted opinion of Renaissance Square. The apartment I applied for, did not match the layout. Nevertheless, due to time factors, I moved in anyway. Unfortunately, that unit was not thoroughly cleaned and had pest issues causing me to switch to a different unit. The unit that I moved into had some electrical and plumbing issues. Specifically, the outlets in the kitchen were fried and the toilet valve was broken.
