I shopped this apartment complex when looking at moving to Concord. Amanda, Mira and her team are great. Super responsive and caring.
What can I say about Caitlyn , she was amazing! Upon moving in she’s always pleasant and greets you with a smile very attentive to your needs . I moved here because I love the the look , and the pool area stood out, the grounds could use a little more care they are working on it however it needs more care the smell of urine and poop is terrible!! And the garbage is an issue it seems tenants need to be more attentive and respectful when it comes to their Dogs as well. I have one and I would never not pick up her poop or let h... read more
I’m a resident I’ve called multiple times letting them know my dryer is not working they say the will call back and never do my dryer has not been working for 4 months I have reached out to them through email call and in person over 85 times still no response and a broken dryer unless you want appliances that don’t work look elsewhere oh and also they said they would look at are dishwasher two weeks ago they never came
Had an appointment for a tour, as we walked in the building itself was nice. The assistant manager was nice and presented himself but ran off to to something without an ETA. The manager herself is the issue and needs more training with costumer service and communication skils. We waited for 30min. I did what was asked I arrived early and went to the leasing office and the lady inside said loudly they were closed, I said loudy, like she did that we have an tour appointment.
