My father lived in memory care at Cypress for about 3 years before he passed away in 2024. I lived in NYC at the time and so did not visit him that frequently. When I did, I was happy with the care shown him by the Cypress Place staff, especially two Hispanic women who were exceptionally kind. A friend of mine who looked in on my dad and who was familiar with other memory care facilities also thought that the care was very good. Our father was a resident here for nearly 4 years. We feel the community is very well managed. The staff is exceptional, kind, caring and very trust worthy from the nursing and direct care givers, med techs, administration, dining services ( delicious food), house keeping, maintenance, and activities director. Dirty, noisy, with very few activities for the residents. The staff is unfriendly as well. Would not recommend.
My parents have been living at Cypress Place for about 3 years. They truly enjoy this senior living environment and have made several great friends. It is a warm, welcoming place for our loved ones to enjoy their senior years.
