I hired Deck Out to fabricate a much needed shade cover. Every step of the way I was informed. It was easy to get ahold of someone anytime I called or sent an email. At the end of each day, the work area was clean and organized. I could easily access the backyard without having to step over any building material. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. “Would hire again!”

I didn’t have a chance to work with Renaissance Remodeling yet but I can tell that they are very professional and valued their customers. Chad and Troy were able to schedule our consultation very fast, came on time, answered all my questions, were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I’m very impressed by their portfolio and reviews from their customers.

We asked for a consultation on a bathroom remodel we are planning to do and spoke with Ella. We don't have a huge bathroom and I did reiterate that to Ella. She asked about how much we were willing to spend, stating the average bathroom remodel this company does is $125k. I have two quotes so far from reputable companies, and neither coming even in the same stratosphere of that amount. Disappointed for sure.

I never went forward with my remodel with them (my partner and I decided remodeling wasn't the right plan for us at the time) so I can't speak to that element of their business. However, they were incredibly professional, organized, and communicative. They were easy to schedule with and very kind. They even sent a sweet pre-consult box with various little items. Based on this experience with the company, I would feel confident that they are on the ball with all things admin AND they care about their customers experience.
