HVAC system was down for the entire hotel. Hostess said they would not provide any assistance with finding replacement accommodations. Ended up paying $100 more and extra tolls.

This was absolutely the worst stay of any hotel I have ever stayed in, I have stayed in some pretty bad hotels too. I booked my stay using all my Marriott points. Before I even booked I called the hotel and asked about ice machines and microwaves being available. What I was told by the women that answered the phone was those were on every floor. Greetings from Ohio! This is the 3rd year in a row staying in this hotel -we come for the 4th of July! We took another family with us this year. Friday no air and issues with the water..us adults can make it but had 4 kids on the 15th floor. In the middle of the night the fire alarm goes off and told to evacuate. This was my second time coming, and the first time was a nice experience in 2024 and was under renovation and I checked in yesterday and the air was not working, mildew smell and still under renovation 2 years later, checked in and checked out shortly after. Hope this up and running soon.
