First time here but it won't be my last! Loved the customer service.
The location was lovely. The staff was extremely kind and very friendly there just wasn't enough of them. The room was not good. The toilet wiggled and was clearly not completely fastened to the floor. The remote control was held together by very old looking scotch tape. The room just felt unclean. The view from the windows was likely lovely but the windows were filthy. The hotel was booked full so another room was out of the question.
