Could use some upgrades
Im really trying to get apartment in the building
This should be a 5-star review. There are many, many great things about this place: great parking lot, storage room, bike room, friendly staff, very well-kept, beautiful courtyard. Sadly, none of that means much when your walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything your neighbor is saying or doing, and every time they turn the water on, it echoes loudly through your apartment. I rented a condo @ 5200 for 18 months 10/2016 - 2/2018. I had the pleasure of getting to know some of the members of the Association. Very nice people and easy to mingle with. They've sponsored various events while I lived their, line dancing, yard sale and Christmas events prior pandemic.
