Beautiful view, well maintained property.
Although Renaissance Place is an older building. It is well managed and has great amenities. Last week I received a phone call about a unit that had flooded on the 19th floor and my unit had been affected in the process. The building took 6 days to have maintenance workers to come and access the damage. Fans were placed in my unit while I was not in the city. I think the time it has taken to address an issue such as flooding should be shortened as it is quite urgent. Otherwise I have no further issues with the management nor... read more

Excellent place to live with great location and views on either side river valley or downtown skyline, renaissance boasts a beautiful pool hot tub and shared sauna with men’s and ladies change room showers, a rec. room with pool table and a well stocked gym. single suites are individually owned on site laundry and underground parking.
