I was a perfect tenant for a full year and always paid my rent way ahead. I did a walkthrough with the current property manager on July the 17th and she agreed there was zero damages and said that only a mandatory cleaning fee would be deducted from my deposit that everyone gets. Fast forward almost a full month later, and I get an invoice showing not only was 275 dollars deducted for cleaning,(which is crazy), but also a 160 dollar fee for “wall repairs”. I rented an office here for about 4 years. The price was very reasonable but what made it the best was Leti the building manager. I can't say enough positive things about her and how she treats the people she works with! I only left because we moved out of state. I definitely recommend this place!
Great place to live. The building itself is great but the staff are what separates this place from the rest. Letty and her staff are professionals and when maintenance requests are made they address the issues as fast as possible and whenever possible they try to accommodate the needs of residents. They care about the quality of life and cleanliness is maintained as well!
This is the only place I looked at and would ever want to be. It is so warm and welcoming. I love my apartment, views and close to everything, including my work. Everyone in the building has been so friendly also. So if you are looking, please please look here, Letty with (IMM) is absolutely the best thing ever, she will give you all the details you need. Trust me you would love it here!!!
