Stayed here earlier this month. Checked in after a brief chat with the woman at the front desk. I explain that we are excited to get some rest as we had, had a long travel day and my Wife is pregnant. She was cordial and everything about our initial check in was normal. We get to our room and it STRONGLY smells of weed. My wife instantly gets nauseas because of the smell/pregnancy and waits in the hallway while I go down to ask for a different room. Check in and check out was easy and staff were friendly! Elevators take a second to figure out, but once you get it, it’s easy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and the bed is extremely comfortable. The view from our room looked towards MSG, making it a convenient location! The only thing that I had an issue with was the door to the room. It was VERY heavy, hard to open and scary to close! Love the hotel and location. Mixed service reviews - some staff were exceptional, some mediocre. The construction and lounge closure was unexpected. The elevators are confusing as the digital platform runs all elevators and there’s no cadence to where you are on the pick up or drop off list. Just takes a little time to get used to, especially during busier times.
