Great service today I give it five stars out of 10 really good service they cut my nails really really short my toenails

My experience was so beyond horrible, I had walked in and asked for a specific design and showed a photo and they said yes it was possible to be done and these are my birthday nails so I wanted them to be nice. Once the nail tech started my nails it was fine but the shape is completely off and not even some are close to almond shape, then as she started on the design she wasn’t able to accomplish the first nail so I had kindly asked if I can change the design so it could be easier which was this French tip design she did and... read more
Horrible service...asked for one toe acrylic and regular polish on feet was quoted $15 and owner was yelling in her language asking employees to charge me $30 for a pedicure i said no thank you many times to and she yelled at them too. Too hostile for my good energy. I have money but i also know what i want and do not need to be treated less for not excepting added services i dont need or want and definately not getting mistreated to do so. These people never answer the damn phone and then wanna catch attitude with their clients who come in to get their nails done ! Don’t come to this location unless you want crappy service they ignore you and talk mad about you in their language as they are working on you
