I’m really disappointed with the service. The nail polish was messy and leaked outside the nails, and the finish looked very uneven and unprofessional. For the pedicure, nothing much was done, they only cut the nails and applied nail polish. There was no proper cleaning or care that you would normally expect. For the manicure, they didn’t even scrub or exfoliate the hands to remove dead skin cells. Overall, the service felt rushed and incomplete. I expected a much better and more professional experience.

I went for a regular manicure and pedicure and I am very disappointed with the service. They did not properly do my legs during the pedicure, and the nail polish was completely spread and messy. Even for the manicure, the nail polish leaked outside the nails and looked very uneven. I had to ask them to remove it completely because it did not look neat at all. This was very frustrating because I expected a clean and professional result. I hope they improve their service and pay more attention to detail in the future.

Just wanted a soak off for gelx nails, and when I was seated she grab an acrylic nail and was about to rip my nails off! I had to be firm and said I want a soak off I don't want you to rip my nails. Then she said that will take a long time, and I responded, I have time. Make sure you are not shy to speak up! She was annoyed but did the soak off anyways, and she did it fast she was rough with the drill and gave some attitude. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to. I signed in for full set and pedicure at 5 pm. The receptionist asked which one I would like to do first so I said pedi since the were available. I finished my pedi at 620 and asked who I’m doing my nails with and they all looked at me and said they’re leaving come back tomorrow. None of the nail techs wanted to do my nails. Poor customer service. And they close at 7. Never again will I come here.

I showed up I was sat down on the second chair for pedicures ,the cart with the pedicures utensils was next to me , with a small basket with USED utensils it obviously looked used I even mentioned to her if she even switch them because she had a whole containers with sterilize utensils on the bottom shelf of the cart , she just pointed to the barcide liquid she had no idea to say what to reply the lady next to me she did open a new bag with sterilized utensils im assuming, when I mentioned to her she got a new bag and mix th... read more
