The nail tech did NoT listen to what I was asking. I asked for a thin French tip and when it came to the white tip part, she left it very thick. Before she placed the nails under the gel machine, I stopped her and asked if she can make it thinner, she said “I’ll file it later, it’ll become thin” she proceeded to place the machine over the foot (making it too late to fix the tip). I received one of the worst pedicures ever the older lady was bothered because I went with the cheapest option $40 pedicures with gel after that everything was not good her gel works was the sloppiest ever in my life and when I asked to fixed it she also was like what ever I asked for a manager and they just leave a review no manager
They have no customer service, they yell at you if you have a question The lady was rude when I asked a question regarding my manicure she yelled at me that no 1 service at a time, hence me asking I would not recommended this place to anyone If you like to pay for a service & be talked down to this is your place Beware they dont like to be corrected
UPDATE: birthday nails in full effect. I love them.
