I honestly should’ve read the reviews because the customer service does suck and they messed up my toes :(
I m giving this two stars as the work done wasn't bad. I usually don't do reviews but I think the manager needs to know a few things. I went on the website and made three pedicure appointments. We showed up early and I was like maybe they want to take us early. When we walked in the younger teenage looking girl didn't say hi just kind of looked confused. They are just bad don’t waste your time or money here
Came in this afternoon just for a quick eyebrow wax. Lady asked what service I need so I told her and her and multiple ladies there repeated “just eyebrow” while giggling. Immediately felt uncomfortable. I sat down by the front waited for them to tell me how long eventually when they stopped talking to each other one of them said “5 minutes”. After a minute or two I decided to just leave. Never coming back here. You don’t want my $12 service fine, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Today was my last visit to this salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. The service has always been decent, not exceptional, but it’s convenient and gets the job done. There are a few employees I genuinely enjoy, especially Van. She consistently does an amazing job, and she’s been the main reason I’ve continued coming back.
