Words cannot express how wonderful this place is. Had a horrible experience at a different facility where staffing was absolutely horrendous. The other facility was very uncaring . I moved my father to Renaissance in April of this year. Sheila, the owner, and also an RN is absolutely wonderful. She runs a real tight ship. The entire staff was so caring and so kind to my 93 year old father. They showed him so much respect. He had dementia and they would just sit with him when he became anxious and talk with him.
