Excellent service
We were so impressed with our recent experience at Renaissance Medical Centre. we are travelling from interstate, our son required medical attention. We couldn't belive the service we received when we arrived. We were welcomed by friendly staff, Short wait time, and amazing doctors that made our experience a great one. We highly recommend this medical centre should you require medical attention whilst in Surfers Paradise.
Called in today for a trifecta of treatment All the staff were exceptional- friendly and helpful They explained the treatments and procedures and did everything very professionally Doctor Webby Chen was again the main attraction- I was seeing him at this medical clinic as he also practices out of Next Medical in Burleigh Waters The Nurse Wynn was very very good with the vaccinations and a credit to the Practice Receptionist also very helpful and patient with everyone
No waiting was the first bonus, and that was with no appointment. Doctor was extremely caring , polite and got onto my issues straight away with good advice. Definitely recommend this clinic.
I was impressed by the excellent service at the hospital. Thanks to the friendly nurses and doctors, I was able to receive treatment quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated the Korean-speaking nurse, which made me feel very reassured. Additionally, I requested documents for insurance processing, and they provided them immediately without any extra charges.
