We have had Renaissance for about a year now. We had a very traumatic event occur and our daughter is now at home recovering. Thank goodness for our customer service rep/in field respiratory therapist, Jeff. This man has been a life saver many times over. When you go through an event such as we did, the kindness and help means everything. There is never a time I cannot call or text and I get the advice or help that I need right away. We switched to another company after using Renaissance for our pediatric son for around 5 years. A couple years ago, the display on my son’s pulse oximeter stopped working at night. I tried troubleshooting and couldn’t get it to work. It’s very important for my son to have, as it has saved his life before. I called on call to get a new pulse ox. Arrived 20 minutes before closing to simply have some data pulled from a SD card. Door was already locked and no one is answering the phone.
Been using them since 2018 and never had a problem or bad experience with them. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend them.
