Arrived 20 minutes before closing to simply have some data pulled from a SD card. Door was already locked and no one is answering the phone. Update: I recently visited and they added a sign to their door with a phone number to call in case the door was locked during business hours. I walked in for assistance and everyone was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.
We have been customer's of this company for years. You tolerate the ongoing issues with supplies not being in. However, this past Mon, today's Fri, I let our rep who delivers our supplies know that my son's trach had separated and I was concerned that it could eventually tear. It just did while I was cleaning it with an alcohol swab. This place should not be in business if they don't take their patients care serious. It's very clear to ne that they don't. Lazy, unprofessional, unethical and incompetent management. We have a child who is dependent on a ventilator and they consistently do not provide the supplies we need on a monthly basis. Their excuse is that “there’s a shortage”. Interestingly enough I, an individual, was able to do about 20 minutes of research and found what we needed. Very much rude, very much disrespectful, very much careless, very much lacks compassion. This place needs to be shut down. I need to report them to corporate. I know if they don’t care to help a baby they don’t care about adults.
These people said they don’t make much money on pegaderm tape to hold the oxygen tubes in my 4 month old granddaughters nose and said oh well call your doctors for more help. Like are you serious. Why are they still open. They are money hungry and don’t care about their patients. They need to be closed down or completely restarted. No doctors should be recommending them to no patients. I’m am highly upset with these people and this company.
