They stand by their work and always use every means to correcting any errors, even if it's not their fault! Phil from Renaissance Marble was awesome! Really amazing customer service - response time was fast, he was super organized and really friendly. He worked with our budget and the install was on time and well done. I can't recommend them enough! Also the selection of stone at their warehouse is really amazing. We used marble and soap stone and I'm in love with my kitchen and bathrooms.
