If you truly love your loved ones, don't place them here, don't allow any hospital to refer you to this place either this place should be out of business and shut down. For starters, this facility has 32 beds and they consider themselves to be fully staffed, with only 2 nurses on hand and maybe 2 PCA's they barely have a functioning ice machine. Genesis Renaissance Manor on Cabot Street in Holyoke is a wonderful place to go to for rehabilitation services. Although the building is old, they keep it very clean, and the staff is very attentive.

I found the facility although older to be very clean. The halls were clear and all patients seemed to be cared for. There was no bad odor. There were no patients screaming for help. The staff was court and very helpful.
