Came here only because at the lab establishment I usually go to did not offer one particular test. Mind you this is not for me but my 7 year old child. From my understanding they have only ONE person drawing blood. The lady at the front desk which was very nice looked highly stressed. Looked like she was doing 3 jobs. The establishment was full of people. The estimated time was an hour and a half! Ridiculous. They need more people. UPDATE** Waited 2 hours.
They were closed for lunch and opened back at 2:08 it’s already going to be 3:00 and they have only called 2 people in since they came back from lunch and there’s a room full of patients!! I should’ve just gone to the Weslaco location, it is way faster and there isn’t a waiting time!! Do better Harlingen location!!

I have been to the lab.in Harlingen several times in the past and would have rated the place with a five star.But today,Oct.2,2025,I have rated the place with a five star.The person that has been there for a long time was the only person doing the admission and also doing the procedure which she did a great job considering the stress the administration placed on her for not providing the necessary help she deserved.
