I had a prostatectomy in 2012 because of a prostate cancer diagnosis. I have had some urinary incontinence ever since.  In 2024 I had a bladder issue requiring irrigation catheterization and emergency surgery. After the bladder surgery I had zero bladder control. Nine months later my incontinence was still 100% out of control. I received a call from DHR imaging center informing me that my mammogram and bone density test were set for the following day at 8:30 am. I told the girl who called me that it was kind of early, but that I would be there. She said yes. And don't forget to bring your insurance and ID. I said ok. I showed up for my appointment. The doctors know what they are doing. The front desk girls are terrible. None of them know anything to the simplest questions. The phones never get answered. Maybe the office management needs better training to pass it on down.

Came in for an emergency, wasn’t treated as such. Was waiting for 5 hours for doctor after triage care. When asked how much longer I was told there was 6 people still ahead of me, and they had been waiting 9 hours. While I was waiting I saw another 5 patients leave without being seen because how long they were all waiting. Terrible emergency room and staff.

Howdy, I have been a Patient Four Times. Through this Hospital. The Staff OUR Great to a Point. When I Tried to Tell them of a Condition. They Did Not Listen. That was in the ER. Covin19 Does Not Help. They Test With a Q-Tip. But for me I have Told them WRONG Side. But again I Get a BLOODY NOSE. Next FOLLOW UP with DOCTORS. BAD. Call to Need to Set a Appointment.
