This is the second time I visited for a mammogram for my wife. The last time I was here was in 2022. Since then, they have remodeled, so the interior is much cleaner, and the check-in process seems to have improved significantly. The staff have become very friendly, and I liked that we didn't have to wait long after they introduced the reservation system. The staff seem more professional and kind. My sister was hurt at this location when doing a mammogram. FARVIA was the technician who gave a mammogram. This is the second time she was injured during a mammogram from this same lady. My sister called ahead of time to make sure she did not get her again because she was so rough and would not listen when she was told he is causing pain. They said they would not assign her but they still put my sister with this same lady and now she once again has bruises from the mammogram! This is the worse place so unprofessional and rude , a Latina woman at the front treated my wife very rude talked back to her and walked away when we went to see about her appointment that was canceled an hour prior to her appointment , since they never answered the phone to reschedule the appointment I took her in person to see about it , her neurologic problem got worst thanks to the treatment she received by this person, the other young man were courteous and tried to solve the situation I but this woman was the worst I e... read more
