Called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was super rude. Very unpleasant. Asked a question and she was super disrespectful with her response. Will not be going here.
Amazing place ! I was in and out. The girls in the front are amazing! Carol & Livie also Imedi, I will definitely be back and recommend my family and friends to go to this place! The staff is amazing! 10/10
Living, Amelia, and Carolina were absolutely fantastic. Not just with me, but with everyone. They were speedy and efficient while being kind and patient. They even went out of their way to compliment folks and make them feel good. Once inside, the two techs took great care of my 11 year old son while getting his xrays. I didn't get their names, but it was a man and a woman, both appeared pretty young. They were great! Top to bottom great experience. I am thankful to Khatul and Imelda for their patience, kindness, and care during my visit today. After several phone calls and scheduling efforts, I was finally able to complete my imaging appointment successfully. I am not a California resident, and my primary care provider had sent two referrals for services, so coordinating everything took some effort. Long story short—it all got done!
