I like this place more tha san fernando valley imagine.
My sister was hurt at this location when doing a mammogram. FARVIA was the technician who gave a mammogram. This is the second time she was injured during a mammogram from this same lady. My sister called ahead of time to make sure she did not get her again because she was so rough and would not listen when she was told he is causing pain. They said they would not assign her but they still put my sister with this same lady and now she once again has bruises from the mammogram! This is the worse place so unprofessional and rude , a Latina woman at the front treated my wife very rude talked back to her and walked away when we went to see about her appointment that was canceled an hour prior to her appointment , since they never answered the phone to reschedule the appointment I took her in person to see about it , her neurologic problem got worst thanks to the treatment she received by this person, the other young man were courteous and tried to solve the situation I but this woman was the worst I e... read more
Front desk administrators, Juan & Jose were so helpful in expediting my visit. My son had a possible broken foot and was quite ornery- not wanting to wait the initial quote of 45min to an hour wait time to be taken for x-ray. I held my ground and remained patient with my belligerent son while asking the two aforementioned gentlemen if there was any way they could get us in any sooner or would be so grateful. Excellent experience. Got there at 7am for appt completed paperwork. The technician called me to the back within minutes and he proceeded to inject me with the solution for 45 minutes. Begin to go through the tube for 45 minutes, which was amazing. Previous exams were noisy machines were you needed an ear plug, this machine was as quiet, and I went to sleep
