WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!!! I took my 2 year old to this hospital because it was the closest one to where we live. She had phnemonia and was hospitalized for a week. I was there the whole week with her and knew everything going on. First the machine would start beeping and I would have to call the nurse instead of the nurse coming to check on her own. Please if you or anyone you know needs care and needs to go to a hospital for any reason at all try to avoid Terrell. I know it is hard for some of us that lives in the surrounding small towns where that is the closest hospital we have for emergency care. Their staff and hospitality is just horrible. They have had a reputation for years now and it has not got any better! It is like "jail" if I had to describe it. You get placed in a room for hours on end then forgot about and you only see someone when they serve your 3 daily... read more

We were really hesitant to go to this hospital after reading the reviews but my wife was having chest pain and could no longer take it. Waited three and half hours to finally get some aspirin and EKG. IF YOU CAN MAKE IT ANOTHER 35 miles drive to Dallas to get better treatment and perhaps life saving medical care.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not go to Renaissance Hospital of Terrell!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My grandmother recieved horrible horrible care. We had to put her in Presbyterian Hospital of Rockwall. There they found 3 major things wrong with her that Renaissance totally missed. Renaissance care is scary!
