I have been a mess, i recently went in for nanoplasty which is supposed to keep your hair nice and straight with no frizz, my natural hair is a bit wavy so it should have worked, 7 hours in the salon and my hair is like straw, like the product they had used is still in my hair but wasn't activated, my hair feels so dry and brittle and falling out so much, now I have to wait years for this product to grow out of my hair, i spoke to the boss and she didnt really care to offer to fix it just refunded me my deposit, now I have t... read more

I have a medical condition and was at the point of shaving my head and wigging it up, although very supportive, Kaitlyn and Sienna wanted to try cutting, thinning and sculpting the hair. The girls were empathetic and wonderful the whole time and made me feel supported! I walked away with my hair in tact and a new cut
