Boris is incredible. We had an upholstered ottoman that came defective from the factory, that we wanted to get repaired. Boris suggested that we might be able to repair it ourselves and then proceeded to coach us through the repair remotely and it was a success! Top notch professionalism!
Customer service, price, etc. NOT as before. Those are his words. Well, maybe the the quality of the work isn't the same either. He did really excellent work before ...now he wants pictures, dimensions, work to be done, me to go to the hinterlands , etc. What the hell is all that about?
Boris is the real deal! He did a great job with the catastrophic damage to my Eames chair and brought it back to life. He is exactly what you would hope for in a great restoration craftsman and did a meticulous job, on time, at a fair price. I’d highly recommend him
