Had an amazing visit at the Renaissance this past weekend! Breana was super helpful and supportive when we arrived and when anything was needed. The location was perfect to the cruise port and the airport, so this was extremely helpful. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, so we had plenty of options for our family of four. My daughter loved the pool and there were places where I could sit comfortably to get some work done. Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed here 1 night before a cruise. AC was not working in our room in July, we moved to another room where the AC was also NOT working well. Outdated decor. In the middle of the day, the floors were washed & the entire lobby was blocked off. There was so much water it was a hazard especially if you have elderly travelers or young children. When many hotel guests were checking out, there was only one elevator working. It felt like a step below a Marriott hotel.

The service here is incredible! Corey was great and so helpful! She helped us get checked in and had our room ready before we expected. Everyone at thr front desk was friendly and helpful! The food was really good!

The hotel location was perfect. We were going on a Disney cruise, and the port is really close. The exterior of the hotel was nice, especially at night with all the lights. The elevator was slow and the room seemed dated. The lobby was always crowded. My room had a balcony and was facing the pool, which was loud.
