We had 4 people stayed in one room with 2 bed and the room. Was nice and spacious. I did not notice any pest or cleanliness issues at all but we all seem kind of uncomfortable with the fact that the garbage bins had no garbage bags which might be just our upbringing. Overall. Our stay was nice and uneventful. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are staying in the area.
Stephanie at the front desk is the best. Super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience here.
Very unfriendly staff. Seemed bothered to be asked any questions at all. First Renaissance I’ve stayed out without a club/lounge (even though they have the top 3 floors labeled as club level lol. Room itself is decent. Bathroom is dated. Not the overall experience I had hoped for on our anniversary. Have to use card key to access your floor in the elevator. Digital key didn’t work at all.
