Well, I was hoping to give 5 stars for this hotel, but when I pulled the covers down on the bed I was gagging at whatever was on the sheets. I called the front desk to have hotel Mgr or housekeeping Mgr contact me and no one did, so I'm letting all future guests know, CHECK THE BEDDING AS SOON AS YOU GET IN YOUR ROOM! Pictures attached! Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because bartenders Ken and Max were great!

Updated Feb 2026 Always enjoy the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Marina hotel since it’s at a great location. It was busy with gymnastics competition in the area. I always enjoy seeing Phillip, my server during breakfast, so friendly, funny and easy to talk to. The hotel staff was very nice. I’m not sure about their tv provider service but had another hiccup on missing channels. They were able to reset the channels again. Not sure why since the weather was beautiful. Great location close to the Marina, hotel was wonderful great food walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. My stay was for buisness so didn't have enough time for personal time but what I was able to see was wonderful.

Great location , close to the airport and even closer to the cruise port. Everyone was so great . Had an amazing breakfast before departure. Swaraj was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had! He was quick, professional, and so kind. He made sure everything was perfect the entire time and went above and beyond to take care of me. It’s rare to get service this good — give this man a raise! Thank you for making my experience so special!

Room clean. Surprised to find older bathtub in the bathroom. Overall about a B-. Young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
