This dealorship is a nightmare to work with. We traded in our car over a month ago and they still have not paid off the trade in. We have made 2 payments on a car we no longer own. We have been promised multiple times by several people including Jamar Brinkley that the issue was being taken care of and it still hasn't. They do not return phone calls!!! I bought my Ford bronco over a year and a half ago and had a great experience however this morning I had a 8 o’clock appointment for my free oil change didn’t leave until 9:40 …no one working the service desk and poor customer service but I will give a shout out to the mechanic who was there early waiting to work
This is by far the worst dealership I think I have ever dealt with as far as the buisness part! (OWNER) J. BRINKLEY!!! THE 3 PEOPLE THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH ARE AMAZING AND TRYNG THEIR BEST WITH WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN ARE NIKKI, CONNIE AND JOSH!!!!!!! MR. BRINKLEY IS LUCKY TO HAVE THEM!!! My son got a car from here in November 2023 and still dealing with issues with them 8 months later that are not not resolved.
