My first order was a little underwhelming, but after reaching out to the shop and stopping in, I had such a great experience. Ken was absolutely wonderful. He’s a true floral artist who creates stunning, thoughtful arrangements that feel like works of art. Walked in and bought an arrangement from the fridge, the man did an excellent job and went above and beyond for me to see if I wanted to customize it at all. The price wasn't marked but I was very pleasantly surprised with how affordable it ended up being with my personalization. Such a great experience, I'll definitely be back!
Sent an arrangement via FTD to my mother for Mother's Day. FTD used Renaissance. Delivered on Friday 5/9 as requested. Arrived in extremely poor condition, extremely small for the money I spent, poorly arranged with flowers broken, in a canning jar. My mother called Renaissance to notify them of the issue, and she reports the staff being rather argumentative with her. Picked out nice mixed bouquet using my recommendations, my lady loved them
My DIL arranged for a delivery on Friday but it was left on SUNDAY at my apartment complex's office. When I picked up the arrangement on Monday, all of the roses were wilted as were alstroemeria, mums, and irises. The address was correct on the card, I was home on the weekend, and they had my phone number! Very disappointing!
