Awful place. They charge $5 per flower when you can get a whole bouquet at a store for cheaper. This was after I called and they said they could do it. I got this bouquet for $10 and they wanted to charge me $5 for one flower. Absolute scam. Everyone I know will no longer be coming here.
The arrangement that arrived was a mismatch of old and half dead flowers. I feel awful that my family member paid to have these sent to me. It looks like this business goes dumpster diving for flowers and turns around and sells them. Criminal!
I have been using Renaissance Floral Gallery since they opened! Ken has never failed to exceed my expectations - even when I call him on my way to meet a friend and ask him to "whip something together"!
Yeah, as others have said the pictures look great but not so much when the flowers get here. I didn't even buy this bouquet otherwise I'd be more upset. Someone got these for my wife which I am super happy about but just wish this forest would have delivered something better. IE what things look like on the website......... Novel idea right?
