Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I recently went here for the first time as a new patient and everyone was friendly and I was in and out quickly. Dr Demartino-Ringler was very friendly and easy to talk to and took the time to review all my medical history with me and recommend steps forward. Would recommend.
I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Theresanne Demartino Ringler and she is a rockstar, as far as I’m concerned! She spent an hour and 10 minutes with me, asking me all pertinent medical questions so she could get a true understanding of my medical situations. She was a delight to speak with, she had a fantastic bedside manner, and obviously a very high work ethic. I have been coming to this office since I was 2 years old I'm very disappointed. I'm having medical problems where my feet and legs have been swollen for years. I ended up getting pneumonia after covid along with blood clots. I haven't had any solution I haven't been able to work It's clear that I can't walk I'm a carpenter that requires physical work at my job. Pleasant experience for a doctor's office. Nice, fully informed staff and great doctors.
I had to see another doctor because my doctor was not available.I had a bad experience with the dr and the nurse . I had to wait 30 Minutes for the nurse to come out to the parking lot to take a swab and when she finally did she wanted me to do her work for her . I was so sick and I told her to do it because I was weak and sick . She just made a ugly face and did it . I was not happy at all
