Been here several times with different family members for the last 3 to 4 yrs. Doesn't matter it I'm there or on the phone. The nurses are Super Rude there not matter how nice you may be. They always gave an attitude like they something better to do. And if you ask to speak to the doctor really fast because you for got something. They are rude and very quick to say no. Don't bringing my family here. The doctor is awesome but I rather drive an 30 mins to an hour somewhere else then to deal with the rude nurses. Somewhere wher... read more
I’ve been going to Renaissance Family Practice for many years now. I highly recommend going here, many of my family come here as well. The staff is wonderful from check in, to the nurses, to the doctors. I love Dr. Werner and Dr. Wirt, they are the main doctors I’ve had. They always take their time and listen to all your concerns. Everyone in this office is caring, respectful, and compassionate. You know they love their jobs of taking care of people, it shows from when you walk in.
