I have visited many spas from New York City to San Francisco and in between like Ojo Caliente in New Mexico (one of my favorites) and I must admit Renaissance European Spa reminds me of these places, exquisite, beautiful and yet not pretentious where I would feel uncomfortable. I found the massages, facials & beauty salon to be par excellence. It looks like they offer a lot more then I had experienced and I am willing to make an investment in me. The previous review claiming excellent service is ridiculous. I've been to the spa for a pedicure, and I can tell the owner wrote this review to promote due to the poor grammar and user name... Rana61. The owner is Rana. This spa claims to be luxurious, but simply misses the mark. A futile attempt to be high class... but a huge failure. There is a new front desk girl every time you go in, and they lose employees all the time. I find them very difficult to trust. Spend your money elsewhere.
