These people are straight up thieves! They don’t even deserve the full star. They charge you a maintenance fee every month but no one knows what they use it for because the building complexes are all very old and the upkeep is nonexistent. Your packages go missing and they barely do anything about it as well. There isn’t enough parking and the parking lot is full of potholes. The bathrooms get moldy easily and very fast. The building 271 Alden street is filthy, Mount Pleasant Village is a disgrace the hallway needs attention especially the laundry room is dirty and smelly as an old abandoned building. I took my laundry downstairs this evening and i was greeted with extremely pungent odor and dirty floors i refused to step inside to do my laundry what a shame yet each tanent contribute monthly to keep our environment in decent condition. I totally agree w/all the negative comments listed above. They keep increasing rent every year but it's the worse mgmt. ever! My ceiling has been leaking from the time I moved in 8 years ago, they've taken the whole ceiling down 6 times already & still the problem hasn't been resolved & till this day it's still been leaking. The reason I haven't moved out is because I've two jobs & both my jobs are close to this location. I wish I'm able to get information of the owners to address the issues. not good! – i hate this place!people here don't care about anything! they let you sit in your apartment when is raining and leaking inside the apartment!!!i've been calling them million times and NO RESULTS! they keep coming whenever they want to and send different people to check the things(FORGET ABOUT FIXING ANYTHING!) do you know what they do if you want to break the lease? i know what is in contract i just need to find out what and how excactlyy this management behave? i really want to move!
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE – I don't even want to give them one star. The only good thing about this place is the location to downtown Red Bank and the parking. The laundry facilities are disgusting and there are about 10 usable washers and dryers for all these buildings. Someone ever opened my dryer up and let my money run out and left my clothes soaking wet.
