Absolutely lack of respect, professionalism, and care! No compassion and flat out no trying to solve any problems or bring about a solution! I called in earlier ( before my wife left out) to make sure my wife had no problems checking in under our Bonvoy account ( gold elite status —— but that’s not the point ). From valet, to housekeeps, to front staff and even the bartender this place was amazing. The kindness, caring and attentive staff makes your stay here unforgettable. The hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were bright and fresh. It had this amazing aroma to it that’s exactly what you think of when you think of being ocean front at one of the prettiest beaches in the world.
