Desk clerk who checked us in on 31 Oct and checked us out on 1 Nov was very condescending. He kept telling us that the credit we were given during breakfast were in our receipt sent in our email which was generated at 2 am, when breakfast was at 10 am. The valet left our car lights on overnight. The toilet door in our room slided too far to the right, which I pointed out the the front desk had potentially injuring by smashing our fingers while closing the door. My Stay at the Renaissance Marriott I recently had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Renaissance Marriott. From check-in to check-out, the experience was exceptional. Keith, who worked the 3–11pm front desk shift, provided wonderful hospitality and carried an amazing, welcoming and enthusiastic attitude.
