Incredible Service and Quality Merchandise to Boot In some ways Renaissance is a "throwback" bicycle shop. It's not a multi-level superstore by any means, rather it's classic bike shop with a decent selection of quality bikes, Raleigh and (wow!) Masi for example. They are quite friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. The service is second to none. Skip the big box store and their second-rate merchandise. Spend a little more and get a whole lot in return at Renaissance. -Chris
Not a great selection My husband and I were looking for bikes and after pricing at Dicks we checked out Renaissance, a local bike shop in Plainville. The staff was young (the owners son I believe) and tried to sell us basically the one brand of bike they had there in different styles (not a big selection at all). He was trying to push the customer service of his store is best and Im not sure if its worth another $200 over the price we were quoted at a department store.
