As I was considering a choice between two roofers the saleman for Sterling did an amazing job of convincing me to switch my choice and sign with Sterling. Unfortunately things went south from there. I was told September 1 that it would be a week to ten days, then came the first delay, so it was now the materials would be delivered on the 16th and work done on the 17th, this time it was an understandable delay due to rain, but when the rain ended they did not come so when I called they told me next Friday. Sterling Roof completed roof work on my parents home in Southfield. They are very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism and their commitment to Customer Service. Their rates are fair and quite competitive. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up . I would highly recommend them to others.
Sterling Construction quoted me a fair price for chimney flashing and roof repair work. The installer, Daniel, came a week later and did a great job with the repair under extreme heat conditions. Highly recommend Sterling Construction.
