I felt nervous at 1st but once I met the kind wonderful doctor Dr. Collini and staff especially the nurse Nancy who called the next day to see how I was. The nurse pratictioner was very kind and professional manner. Thank u
Staff is rude. I called this afternoon to inquire about a surgical procedure when the receptionist who answered the phone said “I have no idea what that is.” I just sat there in silence for a minute, because I didn’t even know what to say. You would think her next action would be to set me up with a consultation with someone who DOES know what I’m talking about. But she didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. Dr. Collini is definitely a life saver and has worked super well with me! I had an 11 day old laceration to my ankle and he was gonna suture me in office awake but my nerves couldn’t handle it so he got me on the surgery schedule that day and has been by my side everyday since answering every question I’ve had and making sure I’ve been okay and healing the correct way! Definitely a super doctor and has a genuine heart!
