Have tried reaching out multiple times via email and call to get my warranty canceled and refunded. I leave the country for PCS in 2 weeks and don’t expect the $2,000 I’m owed. Warranty company won’t authorize payment unless dealer initiates.
This place is completely unprofessional. They're very rude. I spoke to three different representatives every single one of them had an attitude problem. Every single one of them was very rude. They're very unorganized. I was supposed to pick up two vehicles from them. I was supposed to pick them up and I called to verify and one wasn't ready. ABSOLUTLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVEN SPOKEN TO OR DID BUSINESS WITH DO NOT BUT CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMENT BUSINESS.
