Outrageous and random fees from HOA. Some homeowners aren’t paying monthly fees so those of us who do pay are penalized and are forced to pay extra. Gates needed. Random ppl are dumping furniture in our trash, now HOA wants everyone to have their own trash cans. Streets are small so it’ll be cluttered. No street parking allowed but somehow certain ppl still do it which makes it difficult for some of us to leave our driveways (narrow streets). Pool was opened for a short time and wasn’t kept clean.
