My husband & I were headed to the Apple Store when we had a flat. We parked in the lot & he went to check it out. The wind chill was 33 degrees and the wind was almost constant. Before he did much more than open the hatch, the maintenance crew showed up and offered to help. They produced a great jack that lifted the entire back of the vehicle.
