Pretty awful experience not even a full month into the lease. Payments issues and the biggest issue being Sherrey Mantecon who is incredibly rude, has a terrible attitude on the phone, not helpful in anyway, zero people skills, wants to talk over you and when you don't let her talk over you, she just hangs up on you, no resolution skills, intentionally misses your calls back after hanging up, only wants to be heard and doesn't want to listen to her residents or their concerns. DO NOT RENT HERE. Apartments are full of roaches! I moved out in 2021and this complex is charging me for a cleaning service fee. ridiculous! And unfair
I lived here, and literally it was the absolute worst experience ive ever had! I had left due to a certain circumstance that had me break my lease without any penalties. I was left without a kitchen light for like 2 weeks. Literally took them till probably after I moved out to fix it! All I gotta say is it is a terrible place to live in. Management doesn't care for their tenants at all. All they care about is money. Also once i moved out they charged me a fee for the carpet which btw I cleaned everything before leaving.
