Bad management and HR
This company has massive potential.. Unfortunately the management is unprofessional and work culture is very poor and unreliable. Anyone can get a job here, there is no vetting process so the turnover rate is extremely high and toxic workplace environment.. I wouldn't recommend if you're the ambitious type.
This place sux very slow load unloading process lazy peoples at shipping and receiving came in at 7:45am got door at 11:30am now 1pm and still not loading BE AWARE
They might be a great place to work. As a professional truck driver I can tell you that they're not very motivated to get a truck loaded. I arrived early for my live load and I was put into a door as soon as one opened up. It is now well after my appointment time and they have yet to put the first pallet into my trailer.
