I stopped by Renaissance Lakewood, LLC (RenPharm) on Paco Way, and first of all — the place looks mamash sharp. Clean, modern building, clear signage, and the whole vibe feels organized and professional from the second you pull in. Parking is easy (baruch Hashem), and it’s not one of those spots where you’re circling like it’s Erev Yom Tov in a packed plaza. Bad management and HR
This company has massive potential.. Unfortunately the management is unprofessional and work culture is very poor and unreliable. Anyone can get a job here, there is no vetting process so the turnover rate is extremely high and toxic workplace environment.. I wouldn't recommend if you're the ambitious type.
This place sux very slow load unloading process lazy peoples at shipping and receiving came in at 7:45am got door at 11:30am now 1pm and still not loading BE AWARE
