Prior experience with the male vet, he muzzled our great dane. I asked for a female vet. She got upset and wanted muzzle, we got up and left. Might have been better if she had some kind of bedside manner.
It was my first time at this hospital, and honestly, I was a bit unsure because I didn't know what to expect. But the staff was very friendly and attended to us quickly; Melissa, the nurse who helped us, was so kind to my little furry friend, and Dr. Jessen—oh my gosh, he was wonderful. He explained everything going on with my pet, was affectionate with him, and was very understanding. I really recommend them.
