I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my experience. After bringing four of my pets here over the past three years, today was my last visit.The office has gone through so many personnel changes over the years, and unfortunately, the customer service seems to have declined just as much. Not only did we never even get to see the vet, but they misdiagnosed my dog/best friend and charged us over $2,000 worth of medication that was all useless. He ended up having cancer and needing to get out to sleep unfortunately but we didn’t know until we went to a different hospital that only charged us a fraction of the cost and was much better at their job. My son just took sniper his beautiful lab, we had him since born, we were charged 2,025 I asked if they would at least wave $25 make it $2,000 they said NO immediately and gave him medication for allergies and said lab work came out fine. After a week we went to a vet in murrieta because snipers health declined (they were amazing 100 angels in murrieta) but sniper is going to dog heaven he has cancer :( Applevalley animal hospital I’m so sad there’s actually places like this just want money and doesn’t care at all
